1)Schedule a tentative appointment with us by emailing or calling our office.
2)You will receive our new patient/medical history form within 24 hours along with a payment link to enroll in the program. Both will need to be completed before your telehealth visit is confirmed.
3) Our staff then will review and accept your appointment, and send a confirmation email of scheduled date and time. Please be present and on time for your scheduled appointment.

Peptide Dosing
Weeks 1-6 5/1 mg/ml 0.5ml Vial
Inject 0.05 ml (5 units) subcutaneously weekly for 2 weeks. Then Inject 0.1 ml (10 units) subcutaneously weekly for 4 weeks. Do not increase dose if severe side effects are present.
Weeks 7-12 5/1 mg/ml 1ml Vial
Inject 0.15 ml (15 units) subcutaneously weekly for 4 weeks. Then Inject 0.20 ml (20 units) subcutaneously weekly for 2 weeks
Week 13-18 5/1 mg/ml 2ml Vial
Inject 0.20 ml (20 units) subcutaneously weekly for 2 weeks. Then Inject 0.35 ml (35 units) subcutaneously weekly for 4 weeks
Week 19 Onward 5/1 mg/ml 2ml Vial
